Route Service driver

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our team as full-time Bus Drivers. As a Bus Driver at Dysons, you will be responsible for operating buses on various metropolitan routes, ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers, and maintaining the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company buses on designated metropolitan routes.
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers, including assisting with fare collection and answering inquiries.
• Adhere to traffic laws and company safety policies.
• Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the bus.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Attend training and safety sessions as required.

Requirements:

• Valid Heavy vehicle Victorian Driver's License (at least a Medium Rigid license).
• Drivers authority and Working with children check.
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous bus driving experience is a plus, but not required.
