Our Head office based in Bundoora is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Charter Reservations Team. This is a fulltime, permanent position with immediate start.

The Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you would be responsible for:
• Responding to inbound calls and emails from customers.
• Maintaining accurate and complete customer records with a high attention to detail.
• Providing exceptional customer service resulting in positive outcomes.
• Location: Bundoora – on site parking available.
• Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (Flexible work arrangements possible).
To be considered for this role you must have the following:
• Proven experience in a high paced Customer Service or Reservations role is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and immaculate presentation.
• Highly developed computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook & CRM systems).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst also maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
